It never fails; there is always that one house on the block with the bright pink flamingos standing guard in the lawn. What may be an eye sore to some is obviously appealing to others. The various types of hardscapes in yards throughout Georgia are intended to enhance the outdoors of properties. Water fountains, fencing, and the like are more common types of hardscapes. Anything inanimate and without breath used in a lawn for improvement is deemed a type of landscaping. So, though the pink flamingos are little much and flaunt impressive amounts of “pink,” they are still adding to the meek yard sitting on the corner.
